Smoothie recipes! Been doing this on a regular for almost a year.
If you're short on time in the morning, like I am most days, pick a day of the week where you chill out listening to music, an audio book or watching a movie. Prepare your fruits/veggies in baggies for the freezer.
You can rinse and reuse the baggies a few times (I wash mine in white vinegar diluted with water)
Your skin will thank you. That tired draggy feeling will go away. Your bones, joints, inner workings will work for you instead of seemingly against you.
